Our 2024 Hiking for Hospice Fundraiser has taken place!  It was a huge Success.

We, along with our supporters Hiked, Biked, Ran, and Rolled on May 4th in Teulon and May 5th in Stonewall.

A big thank you to those who participated in helping raise funds in support of South West District Palliative Care and our new Nav-CARE program.  Also a big thank you to the Lions for hosting a pancake breakfast with proceeds going to SWDPC.
