SWDPC Annual Hike
Are you ready to Hike, Bike, Run, Roll, or Scoot again in 2026? We want to invite you, your family and/or friends to join us to help raise funds in support of South West District Palliative Care and our new Nav-CARE program.
SWDPC Gala Dinner & Dance
South West District Palliative Care’s yearly Gala event is our biggest fundraiser of the year. It is a dinner and dance with live music, silent auction, progressive auction and lots of fun.
Memory Tree
Another fundraiser for SWDPC is our Memory Tree. Every holiday season we place a Christmas Tree at the Stonewall Library and in Teulon where community members can place a Dove ornament on the tree in memory of a loved one lost.
Ralph Eichler Charity Golf Tournment
Join us for a day of golf to help raise funds in support of South West District Palliative Care.
Evening of Remembrance
South West District Palliative Care hosts and Evening of Remembrance yearly prior to the holiday season. The holiday season is difficult for those who have lost a loved one. This gathering is where members of the community who have lost a loved one can get tips on how to make it through the holiday season with their loved one who passed.
